By downloading, installing, or using the ChefMindAI mobile application ("App") or accessing our website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ChefMindAI is an AI-powered personal chef and pantry assistant designed to help users generate recipes, manage their pantry inventory, and plan meals. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

ChefMindAI offers auto-renewing subscription options ("Premium Plans") to unlock advanced features.

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on your device after purchase.
• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ChefMindAI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.
• To submit false or misleading information.
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to written breach of Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ChefMindAI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
